BY ACCESSING, INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING VALT'S WEBSITE, APPLICATION, AND SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES"), YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE "TERMS"). Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a platform in which people and businesses can publish and post content and connect with other people and organizations without worrying about how their data is being collected and shared with third parties, including, but not limited to, advertisers. Our goal is to give people control over their data and the ability to monetize their own data. Indeed, we believe that people, not only large billion-dollar corporations, should be able to profit off of their data.
Data Protection Commitment
VALT never has access to third-party data you collect with the VALT App unless you explicitly agree to sell said data to VALT for research and business development purposes.
VALT does not have access to data you sell to third parties.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, and we do not share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us written permission to do so. Third parties with whom we may share your data with your consent will not be permitted to further sell, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your data.
Service Modifications
VALT reserves the right to, but is under no obligation to, improve, enhance or modify its services. Should such changes adversely and materially affect your ability to use the services, we will notify you by e-mail, in-app messages, or such other way as we deem appropriate. VALT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, limit, or otherwise restrict your use of the Services at any time. We will notify you by e-mail or in-app message if we cancel or otherwise limit your account but you understand that we are not required to do so.
Fees and Charges
You agree that VALT may, at any time, change or modify any fees, charges, or terms of payment, for the Services.
Account Responsibilities
Users are required to create a registered account to use the Services, and you agree to:

- Not allow others to use your account on your behalf
- Not use the Services to attempt to spam others or to attempt to hack into other accounts, networks, or services
- Not attempt to gain access to passwords or other confidential data
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to publish, post, transmit, or disseminate any unlawful content or material, or commit any type of intellectual property infringement, or engage in any unlawful conduct while using the Services. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
VALT may remove your content or material at any time if VALT believes in its sole discretion, is informed, or is notified that such content or material may infringe on another's intellectual property rights or may otherwise be unlawful.

- Share your account with any unauthorized entities or individuals
- Port, localize, or modify the Services in any way
- Decompile, reverse compile, reverse assemble, reverse translate or reverse engineer any of the services
- Use any means to access the source code of the Services or to discover any trade secrets
- Attempt to circumvent any functionalities that controls access to or protects the Services
- Unlawfully spam consumers
You agree to use the services in accordance with local, state and Federal laws and regulations (including those concerning internet, data and email privacy laws and regulations).
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account secure and accessible by you only, and we are not responsible for any misuse of your account that is not authorized by you. If you believe that your account has been compromised, please contact support@valtdata.com immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is." VALT does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee that its Services will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without issues, problems, disruptions, or delays. To the extent permitted by law, VALT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

License Grant
When you publish or post content or material using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, copy, benefit from, and distribute such content or material.
Data Security
VALT will maintain commercially reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data and content that you provide through the use of the Services. However, you agree to hold VALT harmless for any damages as a result of any lost data, inaccurate data, inaccurate data analyses, data predictions, corrupted data, downtime, software bugs or lost content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, and hold harmless, VALT from any and all actions, claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings (including, but not limited to, any arbitration proceedings) that relate to or arise out of any content or material that you publish or post using our Services, any intellectual property infringement (including alleged intellectual property infringement) that you may commit, or any unlawful or other conduct (including alleged unlawful conduct) that you may engage in. Your indemnification obligations shall include any losses suffered by VALT, including, but not limited to, any attorney's fees incurred.
Dispute Resolution
Any and all disputes, controversies, and claims arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration to be administrated by the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California, and any legal action or proceeding relating hereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. The costs and expenses of arbitration (with the exception of attorney's fees) shall be split equally by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and any judgment may be entered upon it by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree that you may only bring claims against VALT in your individual capacity and not as a class representative or class member in any purported class or representative action. You agree not to bring any claim against any officer, director, employee, representative or agent of VALT.
Account Cancellation
You may stop your use of VALT at any time by deleting your account in the app. Even after cancelling, you agree that you will allow us to store your metadata for any machine learning and artificial intelligence software that we have. If you do not want your metadata stored after cancellation, please contact support@valtdata.com.
Age Restrictions
If you are under 13 years of age, please do not attempt to use or register for the Services. Please do not send personal information about yourself to us. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at support@valtdata.com.
Entire Agreement
These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between you and VALT relating to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and VALT. You hereby confirm that you are legally competent and authorized to understand and agree to these Terms and to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and have not relied on any statements or explanations in connection therewith other than as set forth herein. You acknowledge that you have been afforded the opportunity to be advised by legal counsel regarding these Terms.
General Provisions
No provision of these Terms may be waived by VALT unless in writing. Waiver of any one provision shall not constitute waiver of any other provision. If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver. The parties agree and understand that the language of this Agreement shall not be construed against the drafter.
You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our consent. These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights. All of our rights and obligations under these Terms are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, public offering, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
