My favorite cookies in the world are the salted chocolate buckwheat cookies from @biencuit - I am obsessed. When my friend Kirsten (no relation) sent me a bag of buckwheat flour in our cookie exchange I knew I had to try to make them. I regret to inform you they are easy to make and TOTALLY INCREDIBLE WARM FROM THE OVEN.

Found a box of old ticket stubs from the early 2000s so put them in a ticket stubs book that my sister, knowing I’m a weird sentimental stub-hoarder, gave me for Christmas.
