 Greetings Muse Friends! I want to again thank you all for being a part of this prompt site and making it amazing! It is each of you that has made it a wonderful community. I also want to extend another thank you to Chrissa & Shay for all you have done to make this site an awesome place to visit and share! This is our last week, and I am going to feature some images that have been either my favorites or most viewed over the last few years. You can either go with one of these images, or I challenge you to peruse through the posts and choose one that was one of your favorites.  You are welcome to post more than one response to the prompt.  I look forward to reading your words, and I promise to stay in touch by visiting your blogs from time to time.  Greetings to all my Muse friends! First of all, I wanted to take the time to thank you all for your wonderful and kind comments last week.  You all truly touched my heart, and I will always be grateful for you all! Second, I wanted to say that I am going to extend the end date to next week instead of this week.  There is something different I wanted to do on the last week of the Muse that I thought would be nice to give you a heads up on to plan for.  Next week I am going to post about 8 of the more popular  muse photos of the last few years.  You can use one of those photos, or you can peruse through and choose a few of your own all-time favorites and incorporate them into a new piece or maybe more than one post if that strikes your fancy. Now that I have given you an extra week & a heads up, let’s get to this week.

Hello, my dear friends from near & far, as always, I am so glad you are here. I wanted to take the time to let you all know that next week will be our last week for the Muse. I know this comes as a surprise to many of you, but I am giving you a couple weeks to soak it all in.  The last few years have been a wonderful journey of writing and sharing and having you all choose to be a part of it has been a true blessing to me! To the other hosts and originators, Chrissa & Shay I want you both to know that a large part of it's success was because of you two, and I want to thank you both for the beautiful presence you provided here my friends! Each and every one of you muse writers out there have inspired me with your friendship, loyalty, and your amazing talent.  I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

 Hey everyone, I am so sorry for the late posting.  I have been having some technical difficulties and I won't bore you with the details.  Anyway, it is up and a little smaller, but still something you can work with.  I may not be by to read and comment until Monday.  I cannot always be present the way I would like to, but I want this site to be here for those that want the inspiration.  That is what the Muse is all about, encouraging writing and creativity. I will be here in spirit none the less.

 Happy Weekend Writers! We haven't had a true theme in a while, so I decided to theme it up this week! It probably doesn't need a complete introduction but the subject is musicians that are poets.
