That includes EMV chip cards, contactless payments (tap), mobile wallets like Apple Pay® and Google Pay™, keyed and card-not-present transactions, recurring billing, invoices, and e-commerce payments. We support traditional terminals, full POS systems, mobile readers, virtual terminals, and online payment gateways so you can take payments wherever your customers are.

How is your pricing structured, and what makes it different?

We use interchange-plus pricing, which means you pay the true wholesale interchange costs set by the card brands, plus a small, transparent markup from us. There are no application or setup fees, no PCI compliance fees, and no early termination penalties. We publish our standard markups and fees so you know exactly what you’re paying for, and we’ll walk you through your effective rate in plain language before you sign anything.

How quickly will I receive my funds?

With next-day funding, your card sales are deposited into your bank account the next business day. As long as you close (batch) your transactions by the daily cutoff time, we process that batch the same evening and send it to your bank, so the money typically shows in your account on the next banking day.This keeps your cash flow predictable, making it easier to manage payroll, inventory, and everyday expenses.

Do I need to change banks to work with you?

No, you don’t need to change banks.We can deposit your funds into almost any U.S. business checking account. During setup, you simply provide a voided check or bank letter, and we link your merchant account to your existing business bank. If you ever change banks in the future, our support team can update your deposit details quickly so your funding is not interrupted.

How do you protect my customers’ card data?

Security and compliance are built into our solutions. We support EMV chip transactions, point-to-point encryption (P2PE), and tokenization, which help keep card data encrypted in transit and replace sensitive card numbers with secure tokens in storage. We provide PCI-DSS compliance tools and work with specialist security partners to offer data-breach protection coverage with every merchant account. Our goal is to reduce your risk and simplify compliance so you can focus on running your business.

Do you support my industry?

Almost certainly. Approval and pricing depend on your specific risk profile, history, and chargeback patterns, and we’ll be very clear about terms before you sign. Some industries (for example, those restricted by card-brand rules or law) may still be out of scope.

Can you help lower my processing costs beyond the rate itself?

Yes. In addition to interchange-plus pricing, we provide tools that can lower your effective cost of acceptance. These include Level II and Level III data optimization for B2B and B2G transactions, which can qualify many corporate and purchasing cards for lower interchange categories. We also offer surcharge and cash-discount program options where permitted by law and card-brand rules. Our team will review your processing patterns, card mix, and average ticket size to identify ways to reduce interchange expenses without impacting the customer experience.

What happens if I get a chargeback? Can you help me fight it?

Yes. If a chargeback occurs:
  • You’ll be notified promptly through your reporting tools.
  • Our team will walk you through what’s being disputed and what documentation can help.
  • We help you respond with receipts, signed invoices, order logs, or other evidence as needed.
We also offer fraud-prevention tools (AVS, CVV verification, EMV, and gateway-level filters) that can reduce chargebacks before they happen.

I have a software platform. How does payment integration and revenue sharing work?

We work with ISVs and SaaS providers through our HMS Pay gateway and dedicated SaaS payment integrations program. Typical options include:
