Hi,

‘akfunworld’ was started on suggestion from many friends of mine during my college year when they saw and came to know that I have got a very big collection of some of the rarest Hindi comics, and suggested to me that i should share these with all over the world.

I thought about this idea for few weeks and started searching on the internet for few more people who were doing something like this and i came across the blogs of Zaheer bhai and Anupam Agrawal jiand i found their amazing works which they were doing at their blog. I also found multiple groups at Orkut [Sadly closed by google] who were active in preserving these hard to find Hindi comics and were sharing them online and I decided Ok! it is a good idea.

On 29th march 2009 i posted my 1st blog post at http://www.akfunworld.blogspot.com [Now un available] and thereon started an amazing journey of not only sharing my collection but also met and interacted with some other amazing people online.

After few months later on I also incorporated my other passions Movies, Books and TV Shows on my blog and started sharing them. I am a big lover of classic movies and posted them at my blog with full reviews which was highly appreciated by my blog’s visitors. One of the highlight of the movie sharing was my collection of Movies starring Madhubala which was one of the highlight of my blog. I also continued to share some TV Shows and Books which i loved.

Although I had started sharing other stuff like Movies and Books but my prominent love remained Comics and I continuously kept then available to my visitors.

The journey continued for 7 years and my blog reached as high as 42nd position in India at Indiblogger’s entertainment category.

In this journey I also decided to share movies which are based on comics in my endeavour to make this blog one place for all kind of comics related material and I probably did some mistake here. Although I always posted a disclaimer at my every post then I didn’t hold the original copyright of those movies and those were posted only for the preview purpose and also requested my viewers to buy original BR Disc / DVD to enjoy the best quality, but i guess some studios or products or I don’t know who but some one took  it in wrong way and complained to google with Copyright defragment resulting in deleting of my complete blog and I lost my whole hard work in few minutes.

But I loved sharing my passion with other and again decided to build a new blog from start and started this blog in June 2016 and started to build this blog slowly. Although work doesn’t allow me to spend much time on blogging but I am happy to say that slowly I have been able to do some decent work and post some good collection here which have started to generate some good views for my blog.

Some positives which I take from loosing my earlier blog is that this time this blog is more synchronized and characterized with all the post available for visitors in different categories and are easy to find. I’ve also tried to change style of posts in some way with an effort to share the complete collection or some specific big numbers of comics in place of sharing few comics here and there which were tiresome for my visitors in my earlier blog. In this blog too I’ll continue to provide Books, TV Shows, Movies and Audios / Albums but I’ve decided to be very specific about them. I’ll post very few books which are translated in Hindi from some other language or very hard to find anywhere, though I’ll also try to provide other books if requested by this blog’s visitors. In TV Shows section I’ve decided to only provide Non-English TV Shows as all the English language TV Shows are easily available online and are quite famous, but there are some good Non-English TV Shows which i belive every one will love after watching. In Movies category I’ve decided to be very selective and will provide very few movies mostly classic ones or animated ones which i like a lot. In audio category also I’ll be very selective and will only post some very special audio collection or song.
