Applisights' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Important notes about Gmail integration:
- We only send emails when you explicitly initiate the action
- We do not read, access, or store your existing Gmail messages
- We do not access your Gmail contacts or other account data
- All emails are sent from your Gmail account, not our servers
- You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your account settings
- We do not use any data obtained from Google services to train AI models or machine learning algorithms
4.3 Revoking Google Permissions
You can manage or revoke the permissions granted to our Service at any time:
- Gmail permissions: Can be revoked through your account settings on our platform or through your Google Account permissions page

Important: We do not use any data obtained from Google services (including Google Sign-In information, Gmail data, or any other Google account data) to train our AI models or improve our machine learning algorithms. Google-sourced data is used exclusively for the authorized purposes described in this policy, such as authentication and email sending functionality.

We will retain your personal information and the candidate information you provide only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
