I have been with AVP for about 7 years now going on 8 and it was the best decision I could have made for my small business. The company I was with previously was charging me for a service that I did not even use at my store and in general was more expensive. Over the years if anything happened to my terminal customer service would be able to help immediately without a long hold time. I was being charged monthly for merchant fees and AVP helped me come up with a solution to fix it promptly. Tiffany helped me figure out how to get the percentages down each month so I wasn’t getting charged so much. Their team came in and switched me out to a new and improved terminal and system and I haven’t had any issues since the install and it’s been about a year now.
