Note: NAV per share reflects the market value of BTBT’s ETH holdings and WYFI stake, net of convertible notes treated as debt. The Company has $150 million of 4.00% convertible notes due 2030 that are currently classified as debt. If fully converted at the stated conversion price of $4.16 per share, approximately 36 million additional shares would be issued and the related debt would be eliminated, subject to the terms of the indenture and assuming no increases to the conversion rate.
