This event is designed as the perfect warm-up before the main BitBlockBoom conference kicks off.
Being a community organizer can sometimes feel like a solo mission. This summit is designed to change that.
The core goal of this summit is simple but powerful: to bring together Bitcoin meetup organizers from around the world to connect, share their successes, troubleshoot common challenges, and ultimately strengthen the entire grassroots Bitcoin movement. And while our focus is on community building, we also warmly welcome miners, energy pros, and other passionate Bitcoiners to join the conversation and foster valuable cross-pollination.
To understand our approach, it helps to know that “Proof of Steak” is an “unconference.” Unlike a traditional conference with a rigid schedule, an unconference is a participant-driven event where the agenda is created by the attendees themselves, driven by participation, collaboration, and shared knowledge. The best analogy for this format is a community potluck.
Proof of Pickle | Pickleball Tournament for Bitcoiners – Satellite Event Not Run By BitBlockBoom

Proof of Pickle is a fun, social pickleball tournament bringing Bitcoiners together on the court before BitBlockBoom begins. The day starts with Pickleball 101 at 9:00 AM, followed by a single-elimination recreational tournament at 10:00 AM—open to all skill levels, with catered snacks and lunch, coffee, beverages, paddle rentals, open play courts, and sats prizes for top finishers
This is a ticketed event for all attendees (players, and audience) for the event space and catering.
Come play, learn, spectate, or just hang out with Bitcoiners and enjoy the vibes.

Have fun shooting guns with other bitcoiners.
₿it₿lockShoot is open to novice and experienced shooters. You may bring your own gun/ammo, or we will provide initial ammo and you can rent a gun.
NOVICES: Please plan to arrive at 12:00 PM to join a class on the basics of gun handling. You will have the opportunity to shoot after the brief training. Training will be conducted by certified range personnel. Range personnel will be available on the lanes throughout our event.
BRING YOUR ID, which may be a passport.
You may bring your own gun or rent from the shop’s collection.

Run for Hal 5K – Satellite Event Not Run By BitBlockBoom
What’s happening?
As part of BitBlockBoom 2026, SOUND HSA is hosting a 5K “Run for Hal.” The run honors Bitcoin pioneer Hal Finney and raises vital funds for ALS research.

Route & Details
Start & finish in the Stockyards Hotel lobby.
The flat, scenic 5 K course will wind through historic Fort Worth, passing the Stockyards National Historic District, Sundance Square, and the Trinity River trail before looping back to the hotel.
Shuttle service will be provided for anyone who needs a ride back to the lobby after the run.

We’ll get together right after the BitBlockBoom talks conclude.
