I purchased a pair of shoes from SSS’s online store in Dubai (Order No: AE03407959). Even though they were size 45, they felt uncomfortably tight and clearly didn’t fit. What made this more frustrating is that I’ve bought another pair from the same company in the exact same size before, and that one fit perfectly. On top of the sizing issue, the shoes also had an obvious manufacturing defect: the shoelace tip wouldn’t pass through the eyelet it was meant to go into, and the silicone-coated end kept getting stuck, deforming as I tried to push it through. Because of these issues, I requested a return for this pair and never wore them even once; I didn’t request a return for the other pair since it fit properly. When the courier arrived to collect the return, he spoke in a rude and disrespectful way and insisted the shoes had been worn. Being accused of trying to return used shoes was humiliating and completely unfair. He then refused to take the return and left. I will obviously never wear shoes that squeeze my feet like this, and at this point I will likely end up throwing them away. After this experience, I also deleted my SSS account because I no longer trust the service. If the topic ever comes up, I will warn my friends and followers not to shop from SSS, based on what I went through. I’m not writing this to pressure you into accepting the return; I’m writing it because I feel this experience needs to be shared.

Absolutely shocking service if that's what you want to call it. Ordered a mattress of amazon it was next day delivery "didn't come" on tracking it said will be delivered the following day "didn't come" checked tracking said it will be delivered that following day "didn't come" I've had no emails no messages for an update just the tracking to go on with. On checking the tracking the excuse there giving me for my delay is there's a problem in my area yah that excuse 🙄 yet when i contacted amazon for an update there telling me there's been an error with the details on the label yah that excuse, which one is it dpd ? you're saying one thing to me and reporting a different thing to amazon. So checking up on the tracking today fri 6th Feb it's saying it'll be delivered between the 6th -10th that's great when it was suppose to be next day delivery not good enough. As to giving me the excuse they couldn't deliver my item because there's a problem in my area well amazon checked up on this and found no reason as to why they'd say this, from what ive read from other customers and on Facebook this is a common excuse (lie) dpd use when they've damaged the goods they'll keep prolonging the delivery then they'll say lost in transit. What a let down you've failed to keep me updated lied about the reason for the delay said there's a problem in my area and left a disable woman without a mattress to sleep on. Cool...

Hello, regarding this review that I am about to write, I only give you 4 stars for the following reasons. The waiting time that you estimate for the delivery of these products is not the real one. I understand that it takes between 4 business days, but the products arrive most often after two weeks. And then here you create an inconvenience. If I want to give one of your products as a gift or one of your products, I will have to order it earlier to be sure that it will arrive. And then it is a big problem to be able to give such a gift. Another problem that I have with these campaigns that you do, in which you say that you offer mystery boxes and so on, most of the time, whenever you had a campaign and I ordered from you, I did not receive the mystery box and then I am somehow disappointed. You still have a little work to do on these branches. And another problem is that I wanted to buy a case for the iPhone 17 and I liked the transparent one with MagSafe, and the problem is that you don't sell with MagSafe for a simple 17. And that, unfortunately, is a disadvantage, because I have MagSafe support, I need those cases and I really like the idea of a transparent case with MagSafe from you, because it is very qualitative, but, unfortunately, I won't be able to recommend it because you don't have it.

DO NOT USE – EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I was quoted £417 to fix low water pressure and increase the water temperature. After the engineer claimed the work was completed, there was absolutely no improvement at all. The problem remained exactly the same. I contacted the company again and was clearly told by the woman on the phone that a return visit would be free of charge. However, when a second engineer arrived, he demanded £92 for a call-out fee, saying I had “called them out again.” He refused to leave until I paid, despite what I had been told by their office. The engineer then claimed the issue had been fixed — it had not. Once again, there was no change whatsoever. I have now paid over £500 and am still left with the same unresolved problem, no effective repair, and no accountability. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I have never been this upset to leave a review however in this instance it is 100% needed. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I ordered my case for the Samsung Fold 7, let's face it...cases are never great with this phone BUT I was pleasantly surprised with this case. It does come with the front clip case but to be honest I don't use that and just using the back (Front case clips always slip off for me). The back case fits perfectly and is so secure. It's really thin too, so doesn't add any bulk. Overall, I really love this case. I will prob order a different colour soon. So much better then those companies charging 60-80 for a case. Good work Case Company.

I ordered a double duvet cover set and a fitted sheet. Whilst the duvet cover was quite pleasing to the eye, it was not good quality at all. Upon receipt one button was already missing and it has only been on the bed a couple of days and the remaining buttons are continuing to fall off. The fitted sheet does not remain close fitting to the mattress but continues to slide off and bunch up. I would advise customers to spend a few more pounds and get a lot better quality product. I will not be purchasing from Online Home Shop in the future.

Bought a Demeyere Alu Pro 5 pan set from Kookexpert. After the first normal use, the 20 cm pan already showed coating damage on the rim. I reported it immediately with photos. What followed was months of emails, but no inspection, replacement, or real solution — just the statement that this can happen through “normal use” and is not covered. Very disappointing handling of a complaint for a brand-new premium product. I would highly recommend not buying from this webshop if you expect proper customer support.

I got a membership when I started a new job as a Product Designer in October 2025, and I have since completed 7 of the courses on the Product Design career path. It's so easy to absorb the information, the quizzes between lessons are a great way to practice active recall and the structure of the Product Design career path is very engaging. I also love the gamified elements like the Leagues, accruing points and having a streak since they keep me coming back for more!

Not impressed with Fibrus at all. I've had to hard wire (ethernet) the router to my Sky Q box, the connection kept dropping, then I had to go through the set up procedure every time. Apparently it's a known problem with Sky Q boxes. Fortunately the router is right behind my tv. I also have the connection dropping out completely, no Internet at all. I had it on a neighbours recommendation, maybe he just wanted the refer a friend voucher.

Accounts are expensive for the most part if your tryna get what your looking for sometimes there’s a gem for cheap accounts are 85/15 the 15 percent chance of you getting scam the sellers could be very annoying or just cool and understandable 50/50 for that (now the seller is tryna take my money didn’t give the right info and I just left my house to go to the beach)
