Relax Luuuuu,,,,Trengganu lifestyle !
Smile and the whole World will smile back to you !

"
kena relax luuuuu !!!!!!,,,,,jangan kerja kuat sangat man."

There are many things on the island that are beyond my control, and I am forcing myself to accept that. Like the gazebo in the pic. its gone now,,,,washed away by the newly formed kapas mini river !. Never fight against mother nature, you will not win ,,,,,,,hahaha.
In fact, I began to realize that, although my crew still can't wake up early, I had a much greater problem. I just couldn't stop trying to control everything around me - including on issues of the heart btw my chef and his latest girlfriend. The guys here on the island, are ever willing to always wait for tomorrow, yet I would want to finish today what is for tomorrow !.
Am task oriented, plus goal setter type A++,,,,on the go every minute of the day !!!. Always in forward gear,,,,,scouting for opportunities, never say die but ever ready for it, everyday is a good day mate !. Never take no as an answer - 'can do always',,,, yaaaaa.
I couldn't leave things alone. I was an urban, technological man accustomed to making things happen. I been taught/trained countless times that you were supposed to make things happen, that anything less implied shameful passivity or just plain laziness.
I have kind of lived almost all my life in cities plus working with multi-nationals, struggling shoulder to shoulder with other struggling people. We were all struggling to make something happen yaaaa,,,,a marriage, a job, a raise, an acceptance, a child, a new car, an apartment, new status, getting the latest ?.
I have indeed survived in that frantic/active lifestyle for more than 35 years, and now beginning to learn how to relax plus lose control on the island. These couple of solid weeks experienced on the island of events over which I had absolutely no control. And never would. (the solid rain/heavy seas/high winds/crazy crews/interesting houseguests/slow boats/friendly fisherman) Events that reminded me that I had my limits - rather severe limits, in the greater scheme of things - and I had no business trying to control as much as I did before in my life, even if I could !.
Note; I had just sold off my house in Miri, Sarawak and have had the Packers to pack my stuffs, when I noticed that am repacking lots and lots of old articles of clothing I owned.
Enough is enough. One way to control myself is to hang on to things for so long. My past is too present in my life - so I threw/donated all the faded/not so new clothings plus odd stuffs away.
It seems a step in the right direction yaaaaaa ?. Frankly, I have collected tons of rubbishs along the way too,,,,,hahaha.

Oooooi,,,,Capt. !!!! """"Relax Luuuuuuuu"""",,,,,,,,dok kena kopi geeeeee mu luuuneeeee !,,,,buat korja sok mooorr ajeeeeer.
adoi,,,,,,kena relax-lah neeeee. ( for me its not easy to just do nothing-lah ), sakit jiwa. Better make myself confortable and enjoy the relaxing lifestyle too and mula jadi orang terengganu yaaa !
Relax Luuuuuuuu !
Really getting to know more......good to know ?.
The anatomy of a sperm !....Yes SPERM.
Something you should know better ?
If there are enough sperms. Do you have enough of it ?.
Mind you, if the sample has less than 20 million
sperm per ml, this is considered to be a low sperm count.
Less than 10 million is very low. The technical term for this is oligospermia (oligo means few).
Some men will have no sperms at all and are said to be azoospermic.
This can come as a rude shock because the semen in these patients look absolutely normal - it is only on microscopic examination that the problem is detected.
Whether the sperms are moving well or not (sperm motility).
The quality of the sperm is often more significant than the count.
Sperm motility is the ability to move.
Sperm are of 2 types – those which swim, and those which don’t.
Remember that only those sperm which move forward fast are able to swim up to the egg and fertilise it – the others are of little use. Non swimmers don't have any fertilizing chance, sorry mate !.
Motility is graded from a to d, according to the World Health Organisation ( WHO) Manual criteria , as follows.
Grade a ( fast progressive) sperms are those which swim forward fast in a straight line - like guided missiles.
Grade b ( slow progressive) sperms swim forward, but either in a curved or crooked line, or slowly
(slow linear or non linear motility) .
Grade c ( non-progressive) sperms move their tails, but do not move forward ( local motility only).
Grade d ( immotile ) sperms do not move at all .
Sperms of grade c and d are considered poor.
Why do we worry about poor motility?.
If motility is poor, this suggests that the testis is producing poor quality sperm and is not functioning properly – and this may mean that even the apparently motile sperm may not be able to fertilise the egg.
Whether the sperms are normally shaped or not - what is called their form or morphology.
Ideally, a good sperm should have a regular oval
head, with a connecting mid-piece and a long straight tail.
If too many sperms are abnormally shaped (round heads; pin heads; very large heads; double heads; absent tails) this may mean the sperm are abnormal and will not be able to fertilise the egg.
Many labs use Kruger "strict " criteria ( developed in South Africa ) for judging sperm normality.
Only sperm which are "perfect" are considered to be normal.
A normal sample should have at least 15% normal forms (which means even upto 85% abnormal forms is considered to be acceptable !)
Sperm clumping or agglutination.
Under the microscope, this is seen as the sperms sticking together to one another in bunches.
This impairs sperm motility and prevents the sperms from swimming upto through the cervix towards the egg.
Putting it all together, one looks for the total number of "good" sperms in the sample - the product of the total count, the progressively motile sperm and the normally shaped sperm.
This gives the progressively motile normal sperm count which is a crude index of the fertility potential of the sperm.
Thus, for example, if a man has a total count of 40 million sperm per ml; of which 40% are
progressively motile; and 60% are normally shaped; then his progressively motile normal sperm count is : 40 X 0.40 X 0.60 = 9.6 million sperm per ml.
If the volume of the ejaculate is 3 ml, then the total motile sperm count in the entire sample is 9.6 X 3 = 28.8 million sperm.
Please check out how much is yours ?.

Mind my Language ?.
English Language and Education
,,,Guess coming from the older malaysian generation, we still acknowledge and celebrate our ties to British education and British institutions not out of sentimentality but out of an understanding that these are foundational influences that have had much to do with stability and competitiveness as a nation.
,,,British educational, administrative, legal and cultural institutions continue to be of vital importance to us as Malaysians.
,,,We still need to reaffirm these links without political blinkers, understand their cultural, political and economic importance to us, and build on them.
,,,One result of such a change of attitude should be a rethinking of our attitude to the English language. By now it is also a Malaysian language. It would be sheer hypocrisy to deny its value and centrality to us as Malaysians.
,,,Do we continue to deny in political rhetoric what we practice in reality, or do we grasp the situation and come up with better policies for the teaching and adoption of the language?. My question to the ruling elites ??..THINK and use your tiny brains!
,,,Rather than indulge in grand schemes of cultural “import substitution” we should appreciate the extent of these influences and links and explore ways to develop them further.,,,indeed we need to HOTWIRE some heads in PUTRAJAYA too !. Please use your head-lah.
i rest my case.

Unknown to many !
Untold Stories ?.
,,,,,,,,we were trained as soldier first before becoming an officer and later chopper pilot. Saw lots of actions in the frontline and flew hundreds of missions deep into enemy camps itself, lost many mates and some aircrew too. Indeed, never fully disclosed to the general public in-order not to scare away foreign investors as detailed by the politicians and we struggled day in day out against all odds in those days.
Back in the mid-seventies when Vietnam fell to the communists, the local CTs were very well armed and high spirited, such more than 20 choppers were shot and hit in just one crazy operation, plus almost daily at times at and across the Thai/M'sia border areas, so leaving many bloody battle scars in my memories.
I can still remember the many dying soldiers after being ambushed/mined/booby trapped and suffering from various sickness in the jungle plus the flying doc. services to the orang asli to win their hearts and minds from the CTs. The scary part is going to the remote orang asli villages on the Alouette 111, knowing fully well that the CTs were watching you from the trees and only armed with an M16 together with the AQM and his Sterling plus my browning.
The main reason that they don't shoot at us cos. some of the medicines were taken later by them too !. No body wanted to know anything about it so we have just got to live with it !. Guess we chopper pilots were a very special breed indeed hehehe ! Even the CTs respected our deeds for the flying doc. services from the looks of it then. There was a mutual respect btw us, i guess. They never shot any of the flying doc. services chopper ever !.
Guess its all history right now and perhaps more stories will be out in the open via bloggings by ex-servicemen if you care to read them. Most of us kept it just in bad memories or in frightening dreams.
in fact, most ex-servicemen hates the present dirty corrupted politicians worst than the CTs !. You bet ?.
