Each piece attacks just like in real chess. A built-in reference shows you every move pattern with one tap.

5 distinct challenges
The original challenge. Place one of each piece so none attack each other. Pure spatial reasoning on boards from 4×4 to 6×6.
Multiple copies of the same piece must coexist alongside the others. Poker's not the only game with a pair of queens!
White and black pieces together in harmony. Same colour pieces are allies; opposite are enemies.
The board is split into disconnected regions. Pieces only threaten others on their island.

Yes. You get three hints per puzzle, each revealing one correct piece position. Hints are tracked in your stats if you care about a clean solve, but there's no penalty for using them. There's also a Hints & Tips section in Settings with general strategy advice — like "place the Queen first" — that applies to any puzzle.
