Christian is CEO of Cloud Rede and a recognised authority in SQL Server, Azure, and AWS.
He’s worked in enterprise data since 1997, including time at Microsoft, leading a 50-person SQL consultancy, and publishing several books on SQL Server internals and troubleshooting. Christian founded Cloud Rede to offer reliable, long-term support for complex data platforms, bringing deep technical expertise and a partnership-first mindset to every client.Joe Pollock
Joe is a highly experienced SQL Server DBA and team manager, with 25 years specialising in performance tuning and cost optimisation across SQL Server and Azure environments.

Lee is a skilled SQL Server specialist with expert knowledge in performance tuning, scalable database architecture, and cloud platforms.
He has extensive experience in index design, execution plan analysis, and automation. Lee is a Principal Cloud DBA, optimising performance and scalability through expert architecture, automation, and cloud solutions to deliver reliable, tailored systems for clients.Andreea Balauca

Nirvesh holds an MSc in Computer Science and Cybersecurity and has experience working with SQL, Azure, Linux, and DevOps pipelines.
With a strong interest in coding and software development, he brings valuable technical skills to the team.
