Phase One

Research & Planning

After we first get in touch, we'll sit you down to get everything we'll need to turn your budding ideas into an inspiring custom website. We'll talk design, functionality, and additional features. This is also where you'll receive a project outline, telling you exactly where the project will be, when it will be. Once we dial in the broader details and gather your content, your designer will conduct research on your industry, target audience, and look for inspiration to make your website stand out in a crowded market. Then, the fun part: we build it!

Phase Two

Build & Develop

Here it is; all the grueling planning and boring research is out of the way. While we make your dream website a reality, there will be plenty of communication with you designer. We're thorough in providing feedback, on-the-fly changes, and general collaboration to give you piece of mind. Once enough revisions have been made and it looks pixel perfect (we'll accept nothing less), there will only be one thing left to do: give it to the world!

Phase Three

Launch & Support

This is the end game. Depending on the package scope of your project, you'll receive support up to 12 months after site launch. During that time, we'll address bugs, site performance, as well as giving your website any touch-ups. We want everything to be perfect; however, businesses change, sometimes tech isn't as reliable as we'd like, or maybe you just want to shake things up down the road. Whatever the case, we're ready to jump in and accommodate whatever your site may need after launch.

Does Design Co. handle hosting?

Yes! We use WordPress for the design and development process, and every package comes standard with a free domain through WordPress for an entire year.

What if my business already has a domain?

No problem! We can integrate existing domains into your new website. You can give us access to your domain settings, or we can walk you through sending over the DNS settings.

Are the package prices my only options?

Nope! The packages listed on our Pricing Page are more like loose guides. We can increase or decrease the scope of your project in order to find a price that’s just right for you.

How long does the design process take?

It all depends on the scope of your project and the level of communication you can accommodate. Simple websites can be completed in as little as 1-2 weeks, while more complicated projects can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
