Inspiration

The inspiration for this creation came during an AI wearables video call, where I was faced with a daunting list of people I wanted to contact. As I sat there, overwhelmed by the prospect of reaching out to each person individually, I wondered if an AI agent could automate and simplify this process. This sparked the idea to develop a tool that extracts LinkedIn profiles from chat messages and generates personalized connection messages, making networking effortless.

What it does

Our AI agent simplifies the networking process by allowing users to copy the stream of chat messages from video calls where participants share their LinkedIn accounts and personal information. It compiles a list of names and LinkedIn profiles and generates personalized connection messages for each contact. This tool saves time and effort, allowing users to seamlessly transition from video call interactions to LinkedIn connections.

Challenges we ran into

Although we anticipated challenges during the development process, surprisingly, we encountered none. In fact, the implementation with Vertex AI Agent Builder exceeded our expectations, working seamlessly on the first try. Its simplicity and efficiency allowed us to not only meet our goals but also consider adding more features in the future. This smooth experience reaffirmed our confidence in Vertex AI Agent Builder as a robust tool for AI solution development.
