Inspiration

In order to meet our sustainability targets, industry will need to reduce the environmental impact of the chemicals used in manufacturing processes. However, industry often struggles to choose the greenest chemicals and products to put on the market. How might we improve their ability to make choices based on sustainability?

What it does

chemCheck is a web app that allows manufacturers to input industrial chemicals. By performing a search, anyone is able to see the harmful effects of the chemicals and the alternatives they can take

How I built it

We used created and styled the website using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, and linked our data using Firebase and JavaScript
