Inspiration
Science and Maths have become increasingly popular in the curriculums of lower grade levels, in an effort to excite future generations invent, discover, and change the world. Among the most statistically effective teaching trends is gaming. Although we have seen a wonderful upsurge in Maths related games, we have noticed very few games for Cryptography.
What it does
Our model is simple. A user arrives at CipherSolitaire.com and in less than a second they can start playing fun and educational text-based crypto puzzles. We randomly select a puzzle from our database, prompt the user with a ciphertext and key, and the user submits the plaintext. Because puzzles are loaded at random, users are exposed to varying levels of difficulty and a wide variety of exciting cryptographic methods!
