Inspiration
It often takes much longer for teachers to grade short answer tests. What if we could instead have a computer do most of the work and get grades more efficiently and equitably?
What it does
Allows you to create quizzes, have students take quizzes, and automatically grades quizzes using textual similarity.
How we built it
React/Next/TS frontend connected to a DynamoDB backend, calling a Hugging Face API.
What's next for Easy Grade
Implementing more features, including ways for students to check the accuracy of the model, teachers to look over answers, and training a model with quiz data. We're excited!
