Inspiration
We want to help people to connect with other people who live and work in the same building.
What it does
It is a social media app that allows users to connect with each other, allows the business to interact with the resident in a more personal way. This app is focused on bringing the community together and foster better relationships between residents and the building administration.
How we built it
We use Ionic 1 and Firebase
Challenges we ran into
We were having trouble deciding between our own personal experience with Ionic 1 and the more optimized code and features of Ionic 2. Also, we realize that the app is too big to develop for the time allotted.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We created a full design of the app. Also, we successfully implemented the backend relationship between administration and residents.
What we learned
We learn that it is crucial to plan and have good time management during this short period of time.
What's next for Eoko
We are planning to finish and publish the app in the coming weeks (hopefully by February).
