Inspiration
One of our team members is part of BAT, an enterprise that manufactures cigarettes and right now they have problems optimizing data to manufacture their products.
What it does
It's a search engine where it reads a file coming of multiple file sources and can make a search of crucial information to optimize processes
How we built it
We use an API key of OpenAI, and we also worked using React, Next.js, Streamlit, Tailwind.css, Python 3 and Git to make our project.
Challenges we ran into
We had problems uploading the styles of Tailwind to the app, which costs us a lot time to develop some other features. In the back end we really didn´t have too much trouble, only at the beginning with the OpenAI API that wasn´t a normal API Key and was an Azure OpenAI key, which they are not the same in the syntaxis while coding. In the end all of the challenges that we fought we were successful and some of them we really needed to think outside of the box.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
This is the first time that all the members of our team worked with OpenAI. Also, we're proud of working with new technologies
What we learned
We learn to use React, Open AI API, Streamlit, some libraries of Python which they include ZeroMQ and Fitz
What's next for improvise.txt
One of our team members is it last HackMTY which we are really proud of he achieved during this experiences and for the rest of us, we will never stop hacking, we will never stop creating and interacting with technology, because as part of our FIRST principles, we will never stop creating.
