Inspiration
Everyone loves pancakes. Everyone loves memes. Print memes on your pancakes.
What it does
Flaphacks takes an image, converts it to an SVG, converts that into GCODE, and prints the image as a pancake.
How we built it
We started with a web app using Javascript. The Javascript takes the image and converts it to an SVG. That svg is saved to a JSON object and then is converted to GCODE
Challenges we ran into
We ran into issues with how to structure this project at the beginning. We thought of using Raspberry Pis but upon demoing that idea we learned that using Selenium is easier.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're very proud of being able to bring this entire project to life.
What we learned
We learned a lot about communicating with different hardware.

What's next for Flaphacks? What's next for FlapHacks?! We're going to make our prints able to print with color! Yes! Colorful pancakes!
