Maintain Flow
Inspiration
From our personal experience as both renters & owners of property we know how cumbersome maintenance can be especially because owners/prop managers hate that residents don't fill out proper request forms tenants hate filling out proper requests forms. This presents a serious problem for both parties involved especially in case of an emergency like a pipe bursting in the kitchen.
What it does
Tenant logs maintenance request by sending sms or chatting with Argo bot. and AI powered Argo bot identifies tenant's intent and creates maintenance ticket on behalf of tenant. Then owner can see and approves ticket. Then it will be automatically assigned to maintenance people.
How I built it
Our front end and back end both are in Node.js.

Integration between Google dialogue flow and back end node server.

What's next for Argo Bot
1.Full integration with the loddg all encompassing property management platform. 2.Support ticket generation from phone call.
