MapOverlap

Problem

You go to a location (a park, campus, mall, zoo, etc), and there is no information on any map application that you have on your phone. You have access to paper maps at the venue, but you can't see your location (like on a phone's GPS) for easy navigation.

Solution

MapOverlap allows you to take a picture of a low-tech map and bring it into your phone. You will overlay it on top of Apple's Map of the venue and then you can see the best of both worlds:

1. The GPS and other information from Apple Maps
2. The information from the map made by the owners of the venue (not available in Apple Maps)
