When I began high school in September, I quickly realized the large amount of homework and activities that I had to do. To combat this, I started using apps like Google Keep, Google Calendar, Windows focus sessions, and Remnote to organize my life/increase productivity. My biggest problem with these sites is that everything was in a different place.
Our goal with Meleti was to provide a complete, easy to access, intuitive, polished, and fun study assistant. Meleti features focus sessions to produce the best study results, repeating reminders for wordle fans who want to keep their streak, to-do lists to keep track of your assignments, and even a built-in calculator for quick calculations.
While we faced many technical challenges, throughout the weekend, none of them were very large or impressive. The biggest one was the speed of Replit. Oftentimes, it was so slow that we had to wait long periods before we could test or continue to code. Yesterday, we spent two entire hours finding a fix for a bug which we believe is due to our IDE.
