Inspiration

Property rates are skyrocketing, leading to a lot of valuable properties just lying still. Why not let multiple people own parts of the property? Property share buyers get passive income, also a reserve for cash while the seller finally earns money for the property that was no use

What it does

Enables users to buy and sell real estate in fractions allowing them to own a part of the property while still enjoying the revenue benefits of the entire property like revenue, third party sales, etc.

How we built it

We built our website using Vue.js, the backend was done through node.js, and mongo db, the app was built by react native.

Challenges we ran into

Legal Challenges We struggled finding a legal way to achieve tokenization in real estate which led us to research a lot in property and company law.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to create the entire website and app , including the front and back-end, and even deploy it in a short matter of time.

What we learned

Collaborating together, sleepless nights, picking up things along the way..
