About this repo

We created a service that allows users to text their friends in a quick way for last minute events using the Twilio and Foursquare api. We take the locations that are listed on Foursquare and through Twilio we send selected friends a message and place of the location. This app is made for anyone with a phone that wants to hang out with their friends, but don't plan ahead of time.

How it works

• User queries for an activity which is passed to the Foursquare API, location is also given
• Based on these 2 arguments, a list of available locations are provided
• user selects a location and can text friends to spontaneously meet up
