Our app addresses this by providing a swipe-based, AI-driven platform that quickly connects candidates and employers based on skills and fit, simplifying the hiring process.
What it does
Our app reimagines the job search experience, using a familiar, swipe-based interface to connect job seekers with potential employers. Powered by AI, the platform matches candidates and employers based on skills, experience, and values, prioritizing accessibility, and diversity. By simplifying the search process and fostering meaningful connections, our app aims to make hiring and job-seeking more accessible and equitable for everyone.

What's next for Quikk
With the limited time, there was only so much we could implement; currently this serers best as a proof of concept. In the future we can further improve the AI's matching accuracy by integrating more data points like soft skills, preferences, and professional goals.
