Rezbot

Inspiration

Everyday teachers have to do reputative tasks like taking attendance, keeping track of each and every student while teaching, preparing exams and tests, it can get a bit time consuming, so to solve that problem we have here Rezbot.

What it does

It is robot with a Camara, which can look at the class, analyze things behind the scenes, report what's going on in the class and help improve both faculty and students.

How we built it

It was made with Raspberry Pi 3, and I also used Viam SDK, and whole UI and interface is built using Flutter and Dart

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenge was to access the Camera remotely through Viam SDK using Flutter.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Accessing the Camera using Flutter, as it was very hard to access the Camera through Flutter and there were not many tutorials online so had to figure everything by myself. P.S took me almost 8 hours to solve this problem.

What we learned

It was my first time working on a Hardware project, and now I can built projects on it, and I things learning is one of the most important aspect of hackathon.

What's next for Rezbot

Many things, implementing AI models to have features like cheating detection in classes, phone usages etc.
