Inspiration

Upon entering my last year of high school, I remember being very excited about applying for lots of scholarships. I genuinely believed that I would pay my entire tuition by applying for every single scholarship I could get my hands on. By the time I graduated, I had applied for exactly zero. Even with the help of online scholarship-finding resources, navigating through the archaic websites (that supposedly had a scholarship hidden within them somewhere) was not only extremely arduous, but simply not worth my time.

Thinking back, the majority of the times I gave up on a scholarship were not because of the actual content/requirements, but because they were unbelievably difficult to find! My partner Max Musing and I decided that we should take matters into our own hands, and create a web application that takes all of the hassle out of applying for scholarships.

Students should only have to worry about answering the questions, that's it.

What it does

Scholarly unifies the application process by allowing students to find the right scholarships, and apply for them in minutes, all without leaving the site.
