Inspiration

We were inspired as the area of fintech is very interesting to us

What it does

Our project displays a database of stock picks based on one's risk tolerance of 3 levels.

How we built it

We built this application using python, and a framework called streamlit

Challenges we ran into

We ran into the challenge of visualizing the data accurately and struggling to pick the correct framework. It uses IBM Watson's Tone Analyzer to analyze tweets and reveal if the viewpoints of the specific stocks are positive or negative.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We our proud of the amount of coding we learned in a short amount of time

What we learned

We learned elements of json, creating web applications with flask, django, using js, npm, and many modules and librarys.

What's next for Sovest

Sovest will continue to be worked on to in the future and hopefully add more fundamentals.
