Inspiration

Most of the available data collection platforms run over web and internet - cloud based technologies. It becomes difficult to store and transfer the data in places with no internet connectivity. There’s a strong need of a tool that helps to capture data with proper data correction and security over the network. Often times data send between two counterparts over network can be hacked easily hence there’s a strong need of encryption mechanism required. Tracing correct users for data collection along with its location becomes very important while dealing with finance data.

What it does

Our proposed solution includes a smart mobile application - VaultGuard - which will be the one stop shop for handling Public Financial Management without any/stable internet connection. Functionalities :

  • Secure login/signup of Spending Units/Users
  • Collecting and encrypting data to be sent.
  • Sending the encrypted data to desire mobile number via Text.
  • Decrypting the data on receivers VaultGuard application.
  • Syncing the data received to mobile database and send confirmatory alerts
