What counts as one short or clip?
One short = one vertical video up to 90 seconds with full production (captions, B-roll, zoom, music). One clip = one trimmed video with captions, any length. The Podcast Package includes 2 shorts and 2 highlights up to 5 min each.
Can I request a specific caption style?
Yes — tell us in chat. We support word-by-word pop, subtitle-style, and hook-text layouts. Share a reference video and we'll match it exactly.
Do you pick the best moments, or do I need to tell you?
