Our group classes combine expert coaching, structured programming, and a supportive community to help you train safely and progress toward your goals.

Class Programs:

Perform

Our flagship strength and conditioning program.

This 4-day-per-week training plan focuses on functional movement patterns like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Each session combines strength and conditioning so you build balanced, well-rounded fitness for whatever life throws your way.

Engine

A once-a-week conditioning-focused session designed to build your engine.

These workouts focus on lower-skill, longer-duration efforts that help develop cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Sessions are simple, effective, and scalable, allowing you to train at the right intensity for your level while improving your ability to sustain effort over time.

Build

A 3-day-per-week strength program focused on progressive resistance training.

These sessions prioritise building muscle, increasing strength, and improving lifting technique through structured strength work. The program follows a progressive approach, allowing you to gradually increase loads and develop strength safely over time.


Specialty Classes & Programs:

Community Day

Every Saturday morning 7-8am, we open the doors to the whole community — free, fun, and fully coached.

Community Day is partner-based, beginner friendly, and open to everyone. Bring a friend, bring the family, or just show up yourself. No experience needed, just come ready to move and have a good time.

MasterClass

Each month we pick one skill, one focus, and spend 4 weeks mastering it together.

The Evolve Masterclass is progressive, purposeful, and open to all levels. No matter where you're starting from, you'll leave with real strength, real skill, and a new capability you didn't have before.
