  I also have a python script here that you can use to decrypt the Login Data file. Like the other method, it only works if there's nothing wrong with the file and you have to run the script with the Windows user that ran the Opera that created and modified the Login Data file. But, it's something. As in, it won't be useful to decrypt a Login Data file from other user or computer.
