FreeScout is an absolute gem for my use case. The minimalist and clean interface is actually what brought me to test it, I can’t stand those over complicated products with no ergonomic or pleasant user experience. FreeScout is efficient, straight to the point, and let me manage incoming support requests without any burden. (Using FreeScout for more than 2 years)

Very easy to install, very easy to configure, very easy to use – similar to Help Scout. I discovered FreeScout on AlternativeTo where I was looking for a replacement of Freshdesk. Very surprised to discover this one! I used to use Help Scout when it was free and very existed by this open source project. Very similar to Help Scout so it was a question of minutes for me to configure and use the application… Can’t wait to see what is next for this app.
