The Big Redemption Terms and Conditions

The Big Redemption Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Frontier Airlines, Inc. (“Frontier”) and runs from February 5, 2026 through February 22, 2026, or until the total promotional mileage allotment of 70 Million Travel Miles is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The Promotion is open all residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and are members of the Frontier Miles® loyalty program. Enrollment in Frontier Miles® is free.

Limit to one (1) Promotion entry per eligible Frontier Miles® account holder during the entire Promotion period. Multiple submissions, transactions, or attempts to participate using the same Frontier Miles® account will not result in additional Travel Miles. Promotional Travel Miles are not transferable or mergeable. Participants must provide a valid Frontier Miles number at time of redemption.

During the Promotion, eligible participants may convert unused rewards miles or points from select, legitimate, and verifiable thirdparty loyalty programs into Frontier Travel Miles. Frontier reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any third-party loyalty program that cannot be verified or is determined, in Frontier’s sole discretion, to be ineligible or illegitimate. Frontier retains full unilateral discretion to review, validate, and otherwise approve any points submitted under this program, and retains the discretionary right to refuse to accept or redeem any points. This points matching/redemption promotion is subject to Frontier Airlines’ official terms and conditions, including all rules governing mileage accrual, redemption, and usage. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of those terms and conditions.

This Promotion converts eligible thirdparty loyalty program Miles or points into Travel Miles only and does not convert rewards into cash or any other form of currency.

Participants may receive up to a maximum of 5,000 Travel Miles per Frontier Miles® account during the Promotion.

• If a participant submits fewer than 1,000 eligible points or Miles, the participant will receive a maximum of 1,000 Travel Miles.
• If a participant submits more than 1,000 miles but fewer than 5,000 eligible points or Miles, the participant will receive the corresponding amount ofTravel Miles, subject to a one to one conversion ratios, capped at 5,000 Travel Miles.
• If a participant submits more than 5,000 points or Miles in total, the participant will receive no more than 5,000 Travel Miles.

Travel Miles have no cash value and may not be sold, bartered, or transferred except as expressly permitted under the Frontier Miles® program rules. Travel Miles do not count towards Elite Status.

Travel Miles will be credited to the participant’s Frontier Miles® account within five (5) business days following submission, provided all eligibility requirements are met. Frontier is not responsible for Miles or points lost, delayed, invalidated, or rejected by thirdparty loyalty programs, which are not sponsors of or affiliated with this Promotion.

A total of 70,000,000 Travel Miles are available to be awarded during the Promotion and Frontier reserves the right to increase the total number of Travel Miles during the promotion. Once the total promotional mileage allotment has been fully awarded, the Promotion will end, even if prior to the stated end date.

Offer is void where prohibited by law. Frontier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Frontier Miles® Program Terms & Conditions. Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Frontier’s Privacy Policy.

Neither PepsiCo nor Coca Cola are a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this campaign or promotion in any way. All references to Pepsi or Coca Cola are for factual purposes and historical context only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or participation by PepsiCo or Coca Cola.

John Leonard will not receive an actual aircraft nor will he be allowed to personalize a Frontier aircraft. Any reference to “getting a jet” (or any other similar reference) is purely figurative. Instead, John Leonard will redeem his 7 million old soda points for 7 million Frontier Airlines miles, which he will be able to use in accordance with and subject to Frontier Airlines’ applicable terms and conditions.
