Moore calls for more housing near transit, modernizing Baltimore light rail
Gov. Wes Moore’s State of the State address promoted the Maryland Transit and Housing Opportunity Act and called for $1.4 billion to modernize light rail in Baltimore. Moore also called on PJM to cap energy prices for two years. (David Collins / WBAL)

Three housing projects, three paths in Tenleytown and AU Park
Plans to build 41 apartments at 4615 Wisconsin Avenue NW have existed since 2017, but the project looks to be dead. At the same time, construction has stalled on a 144-unit office-to-residential project at 4620-4624 Wisconsin Avenue NW. A third project, promising 234 units at 4330 48th Street NW, is on track for completion next year. (DC UrbanTurf)
