About the challenge

- G.I.A Hacks is a a week long virtual hackathon for high school students from all around the world. It is an opportunity to build impactful soiftware that tackles a pressing global issues while having the opportunity to earn amazing prizes. You will also be able to join the global GIA community and connect with motivated students doing important work. 

Get started

- You can get started by registering at giaproject.org and joining the discord for updates. Also join the devpost, which is where you will be submitting your final product. 

Requirements

What to Build

- Build any software that tackles a global issue. Look at giaproject.org or webistes like un.org for inspiration. 

What to Submit

- Submit the project on devpost and filling out all the required sections including the project description. Make sure to include a link to your project's github with all the code. You also have to submit a video demoing and explaining your project.
