Problem: Efficiency and Immutability of Real Estate Documents such as Latitude/Longtitude and BIN (Building Information Number), Street, and Zip code Solution: Decentralized Private Permissioned Blockchain using Quorum with 7 nodes representing 7 different government insitutions ( Department of Buildings, IRS, Office of the Mayor, Department of Finance, Department of Licenses, OSHA, and Department of Consumer Affairs). Government Institutions which transact with each other will be able to connect efficiently. User/Client: Government Institution (Department of Buildings - Node 1)
