Hi, I'm Ember Zhang 👋

🚀 What I'm working on

Building intuitive technology at the intersection of healthcare, research, and community

  • Building patient tools in Python, React and TypeScript
  • Exploring health-tech entrepreneurship and functional medicine on PTSD and post-acute infection syndromes
  • Experimenting with large language models for healthcare, brain-computer interfaces, and interactive hardware design

Previously: Technical associate at Mount Sinai’s Center for Computational Psychiatry, where I built online research games and applied Bayesian machine learning to study decision-making in clinical and healthy populations.
