Middle East 1 – March

March 7-15 // Cost: $2,500

Join in the long-term church planting efforts in the Middle East by serving alongside one of our field workers. You will be welcomed and trained by experienced workers, then sent into a strategic city or town to pray, build relationships, and engage with those who are spiritually open. Afterward, the team will reconnect to debrief with the long-term workers, entrusting new contacts to them for ongoing follow-up. This is an opportunity to step out in faith, listen to the Spirit’s leading, and take part in God’s work among the nations.

Middle East 2 – July

This trip is open to ages 18-29. (College/Young Adult)

July 11-26 // Cost: $2,700

The team will serve alongside two local churches that partner with Grace. During the first half of the trip, the team will travel to the northern region to visit and encourage Syrian refugees. In the second half, the team will come alongside Syrian, Iraqi, and Sudanese refugees living in the city. The heart of this trip is to learn from our partner churches, support their ongoing ministry, and share words of hope and encouragement with refugees facing difficult circumstances.

The primary role will be providing meaningful and engaging programming for the children of those serving in the region. The team will also have the opportunity to encourage, learn from, and pray with the workers who are faithfully spreading the gospel in this part of the world.

Southeast Asia – October 

September 30-October 11 // Cost: $2,750 

This trip offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our fieldworkers among one of the largest unreached people groups in the country with the world’s largest Muslim population. You will stay with our team members and learn about their ministry efforts firsthand. Engage in prayer walks, explore opportunities to share your faith, and immerse yourself in the culture, arts, and history of this ancient land. You’ll also have the chance to learn from, encourage, and pray for local disciple-makers who are making a profound impact in the region.

El Salvador – July

Join our team as we partner with Compassion International to visit sponsored children and their families, offering a unique opportunity to see firsthand the impact of your support. During the trip, we will host Bible days and engage with children at local child development centers, creating meaningful connections. If you already sponsor a child, this trip offers the perfect chance to meet them in person. If you’re considering sponsoring a child, you can do so before the trip to share this special experience together.

Travelers aged 13 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent, while those 16 and older can join the team on their own.

Athens – November

October 31-November 7 // Cost: $2,500

This team will support a regional retreat for Mid-Asia fieldworkers and their families, in partnership with one of Grace’s global partners. Team members will lead age-specific, Gospel-centered programs for children and youth while parents attend retreat sessions. Sub-teams will focus on Tots, Kids, and Students, providing care, teaching, and relational ministry appropriate to each age group.

An optional Biblical study tour of Thessaloniki and Philippi is available for an additional cost. This group will return back to the states on November 9.

West Africa – November

This team, composed of medical professionals, will use their expertise to support longterm fieldworkers in the region. In partnership with local workers who are building relationships and sharing the gospel, the team will provide mobile medical clinics and compassionate care in key areas. While meeting physical needs, team members will also pray for spiritual openness and seek opportunities for gospel conversations.

West Africa – November

The Wade Center – Bluefield, WV

This trip is open to 6th and 8th graders.

July 12-17 // Cost: $750

This team will travel to Bluefield, WV to serve children in elementary and middle school who attend the Wade Center. They’ll host a VBS and engage the kids in fun learning activities, games, and worship. There will be many opportunities to share God’s love in meaningful ways and to bless the local community.

If your child is in 6th grade, you must attend the trip with them. While it is not required for 7th and 8th grade parents to join, we strongly encourage your participation.

Wisconsin

This trip is open to 9th and 10th graders.

July 18-25 // Cost: $1,600

This team will partner with Adventures in Missions to serve children from the Forest County Potawatomi and Mole Lake Chippewa tribes in Wisconsin. They will lead a Vacation Bible School program which will include Bible teaching, crafts, games, and worship. While the broader community may be resistant to the message of Jesus, they are open to their children participating in these events. This creates a meaningful opportunity to share the love of Christ with the children and, through them, their families.
