HackBeanpot 2024 is gonna be an adventure under the sea! Join our school of fish for a weekend of exploration, collaboration, and fun! (Oh, and did we mention a tsunami of free food and treasures?)

Hackers can expect to put their resourcefulness to the test while sharing stories, and learning new skills from peers. So whether you're a SEAsoned hackathon-goer, an ‘I-have-never-written-a-line-of-code’ beginner, or someone in-between, we’re so shore things will go swimmingly!

  • Creativity
    How creative is the project? How imaginative is the project? How unique/different is it from the rest?
  • Impact
    How much social impact does the project make?
  • Learning and Growth
    How much did they learn and challenge themselves? Did they have to learn a new language or a tech stack?
  • Technical Difficulty
    The project must be functional for it to be considered technically difficult. How challenging are the technical problems they solve in their project (and do they do so cleanly/efficiently)?
  • UI/UX
    Can you take your eyes off it?
