403 error

403 forbidden. But what can it mean?

It can happen when a folder doesn't have a default webpage. Or it can happen if a hosting service gets a denial-of-service attack and they've shut down the website to protect their server.

I hate when this happens. Messages like that mean nothing to me.

And my fingernail polish is wet, so I can't help you.
