磯谷 彰宏
Isotani Akihiro
レトリック敏感系IT技術者。Risk Management / Security / Observability / GRC。
以前はDevOps Engineerとして、運用自動化、障害対応、運用スクリプト整備などを通じて、システムを安全に回し続けるための改善に取り組んできました。現在はITリスクマネジメントへ異動し、未整備な社内規程の策定と運用設計を担当しています。制度設計の側から、ITの生産性とレジリエンスの両方を底上げするのが関心領域です。
社内規程は厳しければ良いわけでも、緩ければ良いわけでもありません。監査や事業環境の変化に耐える必要十分な厳格さを保ちつつ、現場が実行できるシンプルさを備えた、実効的なルール作りを重視しています。
現状は規程の設計に軸足を置いていますが、これが一段落したら、監査やコンプライアンス対応を現実的にスケールさせるための自動化・システム化も推進するつもりです。
最近の関心は、外部環境に迅速に対応するために、法務・監査要件をコードに落とし込み、検証可能な形で継続運用する取り組み（Policy/Compliance as Code）です。あと、多少は統計もわかります。
I’m an engineer with a strong radar for rhetoric—how claims are framed, justified, and sometimes oversold. I used to work as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on operations automation, incident response, and improving ops scripts to keep systems running safely and reliably. I’ve since moved into IT risk management, where I design and build internal rules and processes that are still a work in progress at my company.
In my view, internal policies shouldn’t be strict just for the sake of being strict—and they shouldn’t be loose, either. I aim for rules that are “strict enough” to hold up under audits and changing business needs, but simple enough that people can actually follow them in daily work.
For now, I’m stepping back from hands-on development while I focus on getting the policy foundation right. Once this work is in place, I plan to push more automation and systemization to make audit and compliance work scalable and practical.
Lately, I’ve been especially interested in turning legal and audit requirements into something implementable—writing them as code where possible—so we can react faster to external changes and keep compliance practical and verifiable.
I’m also statistically literate, which helps me sanity-check quantitative claims—and the framing around them.
