This rental was booked via Sunny Cars, but at Drivalia Alicante Airport we were pressured into paying an extra EUR 39.58 for an unnecessary upgrade by a staff member who introduced himself as “John” and behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. When we explained that we could not connect our Android phone to the Mini Cooper, he mocked us by saying “just hold the phone in your hand.” We refused the car and accepted a Peugeot from our original category, which was scratched on the outside and dirty inside. A refund was promised but poorly handled and required repeated follow-up. This felt like aggressive upselling combined with disrespectful service. Stay away if you value transparency and professionalism

Investigation was incomplete and biased. They ignored evidence and just took the companies word for things and did not actually investigate the validity of what they said. Phone calls were apparently listened to but then key information in those phone calls was missed. I dont think they even listened to them, and if they did then they needcto be fired. Its resulted in an unfair and unjustified default on my credit and I'm probably going to commit suicide as a result. Not emotionally, just objectively, I am autistic, and I dont understand why people who are suppose to be there to help are not. I dont want to live in this world where the rules dont really apply and everything is stacked against me.

Do not buy from this company if you don't want to waste your time and money. I bought a sauna on the 4th October 2025 and today 6 February 2026 with no clear time frame on delivery and doubt if they really are going to deliver. Rubbish customer service keep saying it's in transit or warehouse .They have refused to refund and cancel the order of course and did the mistake to transfer money as credit card do not go through.. This is a fraud company and need to stop advertising on Google.. so more people should be aware of the scam there address in Poland according to website .. Poland Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa. ***Fraud***

My experience with nvdigitaledu / Vidhya Bharti has been quite disappointing. At the time of admission, everything was explained properly, but after the fees were taken, there were no proper updates and no clear communication. When I followed up, the response was not appropriate and slightly rude language was used. I was only asking for my rightful information and updates. I have screenshots as proof of these conversations. Therefore, I would suggest that others verify everything carefully before joining.

We had the most marvellous holiday in Vietnam & Cambodia. Every hotel was great, the drivers were excellent and all the places we covered on our 2 week trip were memorable. And a big mention to our fabulous tour guide Thi Nguyen Nothing was ever too much trouble, so warm & friendly and got things done with a smile.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I placed an order in early November. After 4 weeks of waiting I cancelled the order and have never received my money back. Absolutely awful company and customer service. Please do not bombard people with others if you cannot fulfil them. Avoid like the plaque.
