For nearly three decades, Integrated Work has been privileged to partner with hundreds of organizations creating positive change in the world. What began as a small team of passionate professionals grew into something beautiful – a woman-owned consultancy dedicated to helping leaders solve complex challenges and build brighter futures. A richly diverse team working together to create meaningful impact for all.

Together, we’ve supported healthcare leaders serving this country’s most vulnerable patients, helped organizations of all kinds navigate transformation, and built lasting solutions rooted in transparency, trust, and shared purpose. The work we’ve done together – your courage, vision, and commitment to change – has been the honor of my professional lifetime. Everyone on the team has left a lasting imprint on me.
A necessary Transition
As federal programs supporting healthcare access face significant cuts, we’ve made the difficult but principled decision to complete our current contracts through September and then pause operations. Rather than compromise the values that have guided us for 27 years, and risk chasing dollars to keep the lights on over steering true-to-purpose, we’re choosing to step back with integrity intact.
This transition has meant saying goodbye to two-thirds of our extraordinary team – professionals I would have loved to retain, promote, and grow with for years to come. Each represents not just exceptional talent, but the heart of what made this work meaningful. By September everyone will have moved on or be “open to work.”
What’s next
We’re “dimming the lights” through 2026, taking time to grieve what’s ending while staying open to what wants to emerge. This pause allows space for reflection and reimagining – both for me personally and for the remarkable individuals who are now available to bring their gifts to organizations that share their values and can elevate their gifts.
