Through Certiverse, you will need to download and use the proctoring program Rosalyn. Rosalyn will validate your identity by asking you to take a photo of your ID and then record you taking the exam. Certiverse will walk you through instructions for this so please be sure to reserve time to download the app.

Skills Badges are skill and topic-specific exams that validate beginner level knowledge on specialized topics within Braze. Unlike our persona-based Certification exams, these shorter form assessments have less of a barrier to entry, making them more accessible to a wider range of users. The Skills Badges are not meant to replace our persona-based certification exams, but rather to complement them. They offer a different approach to validating knowledge, focusing on specific topics or subject areas rather than a comprehensive role-based exam.

Please note: only the Practitioner and Customer Engagement Learning Paths are available for public use.

To maintain the integrity of the certification program, all candidates must accept the terms and conditions of the Certification Candidate Agreement during the registration process and prior to beginning each certification exam. Please read the agreement thoroughly before scheduling your exam. If you are not willing to be bound by the agreement, you will not be permitted to take the exam.

Braze Certification exams are purchased and proctored online through Certiverse. Once you create a user profile on the Certiverse site, you can register for your exam. Certiverse offers on-demand exams, meaning that once you register for your exam, you will have 7 days to complete it.

Please note: This means, you should only book your exam when you feel prepared to take your test.

You are required to bring only your government-issued ID to the exam. Be sure the name used to sign up for the exam matches your ID as this is how the proctor will verify your identity.

If you need to cancel your exam, please ensure that you do so at least 24 hours before the closure of your exam window to be eligible for a refund. The exam window refers to the 7-day period that begins once you register for your exam. If you do not cancel your exam at least 24 hours before the window closes, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We are committed to making reasonable efforts to accommodate you as required by law. Please contact [email protected] at least 21 days in advance of your test date to discuss the available accommodations.

It is essential to have a strong internet connection, and your computer must be equipped with video and audio capabilities.To avoid any issues while completing your exam, please ensure that your system meets the specific requirements. If you have further questions or concerns regarding your system requirements, please email [email protected]. Additionally, we recommend reviewing the Certiverse Test Taker Knowledge Base before taking your exam.

The use of reference materials and mobile phones is not permitted during the certification examination. This includes, but is not limited to, books, notebooks, papers, and any other electronic or printed materials. Reference materials should not be present in the area where the exam is conducted.

Upon completing your exam, your results will be displayed immediately on the testing screen. If you pass, you will receive an email from Credly containing information about your new certification badge. This email should arrive in your inbox within 30 minutes of completing your exam. If you lose your score report or forget to save a copy, please contact [email protected] with the subject line: "Requesting Copy of Score Report."

Once you pass, you will earn a Braze digital certification credential and be authorized to use the certification title and logo on your business cards and other professional materials. Additionally, you will receive an invitation to join our exclusive LinkedIn Braze Certified Professionals group.

If you do not pass an exam, you must wait 14 days before you are eligible to retake it. You may attempt each specific Braze Certification exam a maximum of three times within a 365-day period. A full registration fee is required for each exam attempt. Once you have passed an exam, you will not be able to retake the same exam for three years.
