I’m Adam (AB7), an Advanced MSK Physiotherapist with Master’s level skills and over 7 years of experience helping people move better, recover from injury, and build lasting strength. Alongside my clinical role in primary care, I run AB7 Coaching a lifestyle and fitness platform designed to bridge the gap between injury rehab, performance, and sustainable health. My approach blends evidence based physiotherapy with the principles of strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle change. Whether it’s guiding someone through post-injury recovery, building muscle, reducing body fat, or simply finding more energy day to day, my focus is always on progress that lasts. I believe training is more than exercise, it’s a way to build confidence, resilience, and discipline that carry over into every part of life.
