Why do aggregator movers keep failing customers? Anyone else frustrated?
So today I was scrolling through Reddit and noticed I’m not the only one who’s fed up with relocation service providers. A lot of people are complaining about hidden charges, poor service, and false promises on delivery. Honestly, same here—I work in the logistics industry and see this every single day.
Here’s the thing: this business depends heavily on blue-collar staff. But lately, the demand is so high that many workers just don’t care. They show up with zero accountability, careless attitudes, and no respect for the customer’s belongings. And of course, that’s not the customer’s problem—it’s the company’s.
One issue I see all the time is insurance. A lot of providers say “insurance is included” but after the move, they suddenly tack on extra charges. Super shady.
In my experience, aggregator platforms (the ones that just connect you with random local vendors) are the worst offenders. They often don’t take full responsibility because they just act as middlemen.
