Richard helped us sell our home in Yorkville. When we met w/him he gave us all the information we needed, and answered all of our question so we could make the decision to sell or not. With all the information he gave us we decided to put our house on the market. He was knowledgeable about our area priced our home according to what was selling in the housing market at the time. Had a professional photographer take our pictures which captured our home beautifully. Had our house listed in every way possible to get it sold as quickly as possible. Scheduled our showings w/our needs in mind. Found the perfect buyer for our home, it sold quickly and we got full asking price! We couldn't be happier using Richard as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone selling their home.
